Sheepshead was on the menu after today’s half day trip. Fishing shrimp after a hard cold front calls for fishing docks for sheepshead and that’s exactly what we stuck to today. We caught a fair amount of sheepshead along with some snook and reds in the mix. The tide was extremely low, typical in the colder months and keeps us from fishing inshore mangrove islands. Great day with a really fun group keeping those lines tight on some hard fighting fish.
